Return any unworn, unwashed item within 30 days of delivery. All tags must be attached and hygiene liners (where applicable) must remain in place.

• Get your refund within 5-10 business days of delivery

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email contact@tonefit.ch and we'll help you swap it fast.

Return Shipping

• Returns guarantee within 30 days. Ship your return via Swiss Post or DHL.
• Damaged or incorrect items: We cover all costs and send replacements immediately.
