Return Eligibility
You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Please ensure hygiene liners (if applicable) are still in place.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color?
Email us at contact@tonefit.ch within 30 days and we’ll guide you through a quick exchange.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received safely.
