What size should I order?
Check our Size Guide and measure yourself for the best fit. Between sizes? Size up for a relaxed fit, size down for compression.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email contact@tonefit.ch immediately if your order hasn't shipped yet. We'll do our best to modify it before dispatch.

How much is shipping?
- Switzerland: Free on orders CHF 120+ / CHF 7 under CHF 120
- Europe: CHF 9.50 flat rate
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also log into your account to check status.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes! Email contact@tonefit.ch and we'll help you swap sizes or colors.

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Twint via Shopify's secure checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Shopify. We don't store your card details.
