30-Day Returns

Not completely satisfied? Return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

What Qualifies for Return

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Original tags attached
  • No visible marks (makeup, deodorant, etc.)

What Can't Be Returned

  • Items marked "Final Sale"
  • Underwear or items with removed hygiene liners
  • Used, washed, or damaged items
  • Gift cards

How to Return

Step 1: Email Us Send your order number to contact@tonefit.ch

Step 2: Ship Your Return Use this address: Boulevard des Philosophes 9, 1205 Geneva

Include your order number in the package.

Step 3: Get Your Refund We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. Funds appear in your account within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Switzerland: CHF 7-10 (customer pays)
  • Damaged/wrong items: Free (we'll email you a prepaid label)

Use trackable shipping. We're not responsible for lost packages.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email contact@tonefit.ch and we'll help you swap it fast. We'll ship your exchange as soon as we receive your return.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

Email contact@tonefit.ch within 7 days with photos. We'll send a prepaid return label and rush your replacement or refund.

Refund Timeline

  • Return received: 1-2 days to inspect
  • Refund approved: Same day
  • Funds in your account: 5-7 business days (bank processing)
