Finding the perfect fit is essential for comfort and performance. Our sizing is designed to support real movement.
How to Measure
Use a flexible tape measure:
- Bust/Chest: Measure around the fullest part, keeping tape level
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline (above hips)
- Hips: Measure around the widest part
- Inseam: Measure from inner thigh to ankle (for bottoms)

Fit Guide
- Leggings & Shorts: True to size. Between sizes? Size up for relaxed fit, size down for compression.
- Sports Bras: Designed to fit snug. If between sizes, size up.
- Tops & Tees: Athletic fit. Size up for a looser fit.
