2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes — ToneFit ships worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout depending on your location.



3. How long does delivery take?


Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by region:

  • Switzerland: 1–3 business days

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days



4. Can I return or exchange my order?

Absolutely. You have 14 days from the delivery date to return or exchange items. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page for full instructions.



5. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also visit Track My Order to monitor your shipment in real-time.



6. Can I change or cancel my order?


If your order hasn’t been processed yet, email us immediately at contact@tonefit.ch. We’ll do our best to make the change before it ships.
